Mr. Katz’s practice concentrates on all aspects of contract law, business law, real estate law, consumer law, and probate law. Prior to forming Katz DiCuccio LLP., Mr. Katz served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge David M. Gormley in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.  In law school, Mr. Katz served as a judicial extern for three different federal judges. Mr. Katz graduated from Capital University Law School with a pro bono honors distinction for his commitment to public service.  Mr. Katz is an active member of the Columbus Bar Association. In his spare time, Mr. Katz enjoys playing hockey, spending time with his wife, Chelsea, and spending time with their rescue dog, Maisel.
