Mr. DiCuccio’s practice concentrates on all aspects of real estate law, business law, personal injury, and medical negligence. Mr. DiCuccio represents clients in real estate litigation matters ranging from foreclosure and quiet title, to breach of contract and fiduciary duties cases. His practice outside of real estate includes complex corporate litigation and derivative actions, as well as business divorce cases. Mr. DiCuccio also represents clients in re-zoning and zoning variance matters. In law school, Mr. DiCuccio served as a judicial extern for a U.S. District Court Judge and Ohio Supreme Court Justice. Mr. DiCuccio is an active member of the Columbus Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. DiCuccio is also an instructor of real estate law at Hondros College, as well as a board member of the Bexley Area Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time, Mr. DiCuccio enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and son.
